• When will my learning commence?

  By default, after enrolling or subscribing, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours requesting proof of identity verification. Once you respond, your course will begin within 7 days.

• How will i receive the learning?

  Access Portal: You will receive private access to our learning web portal. This premium portal is available exclusively to enrolled students and features sessions with a range of high-quality content, including exclusive, privately hosted videos, theory materials, audio references, and notations/exercises/supporting documents, as applicable.

• I don't have guitar. Will you guide me with that?

  If you don’t have a guitar yet and need assistance with purchasing one. You can check some of the recommended guitar options by clicking here and if you need further assistance, you can WhatsApp us at +91 9899755985 for assistance.

• Will I get any downloadable material?

  Yes, there are downloadable lesson notes in the ‘Materials‘ section. We recommend saving them on your PC or laptop for lifelong use.

• What is my Guitar Learning Roadmap?

  The GEP (Guitar Excellence Program) journey is a systematic 15-module roadmap, divided into three stages:

  • Stage # 1: FOUNDATION (6 modules)
  • Stage # 2: PERFORMANCE INITIATION (5 modules)
  • Stage # 3: PERFORMANCE MASTERY (4 modules)

  The GEP Roadmap is an investment by the student, starting from a beginner level and progressing to becoming a concert guitarist, ultimately achieving performance mastery.

• Can I enroll for all modules or one module at a time?

  The GEP (Guitar Excellence Program) learning journey is divided into 3 stages (Stage 1 to Stage 3), rather than individual modules, because many modules are designed to go hand-in-hand or run in parallel. The modules are structured not only technically but also by subject areas such as Ragas, Tremolo, Dexterity, and core modules. Stage #1 includes 6 modules. A student can achieve growth in all 6 modules by completing Stage #1. After Stage #1, the student can move on to Stage #2, and similarly, progress to Stage #3.

  Yes, students have the option to enroll for all stages at once. However, they also have the flexibility to enroll in and complete each stage with monthly payments, according to their convenience.

• What is the tentative duration/tenure for accomplishing all 15 modules?

  If you’re beginning your guitar journey, the 15-module course may feel like a dream-come-true fantasy at the start. By the time you reach the 9th to 15th module, you’ll likely see yourself performing on stage as a leader, in front of an audience, maybe for an hour, give or take. Who knows? By then, you may have had the opportunity to shape your life as a guitarist and even monetize your skills. So, from foundation to performance initiation to performance mastery, we must travel through these 3 key stages.

  Think of learning guitar, as a beginner, in a similar way to pursuing any complex field—whether it’s physics, language, sports, or medicine. Just as these subjects require structured learning and practice to reach a professional level, the 15-module journey combines both theoretical understanding and hands-on experience to help you grow into a skilled guitarist. It’s a commitment to your craft, much like any serious pursuit of knowledge and mastery.

  The minimum duration to complete all 15 modules, if you are truly passionate and dedicated from the start, is typically 3 years—allowing 1 year for each stage. However, you can extend the learning process for each stage to 2-3 years, depending on your practice and compatibility. It all depends on how much time you can devote to practice and your other priorities.

  Note: Many of our students who are completing the 3-year journey for all 15 modules maintain a routine of 1.5-2 hours of practice per day. This ambition is a commitment you must make, and if you do, we are here to support you, as many of our students are already doing it.

• By what module will I be able to perform reasonably well?

  By the time you reach the 9th module, you’ll begin to gain the confidence to envision performing for an hour. Depending on your passion and dedication, you can accelerate your progress at your own pace.

• How will my learning go in Stage #1?

  Stage #1 covers 6 modules, based on your fee selection. You will have the following learning cycle:

  • Rs. 1350/month – Two sessions per month (36-month journey), with one session scheduled every 15 days. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, beginning from the day we send you the access email.
  • Rs. 2600/month – Three sessions per month (18-month journey), with one session scheduled every 10 days. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, beginning from the day we send you the access email.
  • Rs. 3800/month – Four sessions per month (12-month journey), with one session scheduled each week. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, beginning from the day we send you the access email.

  You will also receive performance achievement assignments along with the course. These assignments can be shared on your social media and networked with the GuitarMonk’s guitar players community.

• How many sessions are included if I subscribe to the monthly learning plan?

  The number of sessions you receive depends on the monthly subscription plan you choose, as outlined below:

  • Rs. 1350/month – Two sessions per month, with one session scheduled every 15 days. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, starting from the day we send you the access email.

  • Rs. 2600/month – Three sessions per month, with one session scheduled every 10 days. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, starting from the day we send you the access email.

  • Rs. 3800/month – Four sessions per month, with one session scheduled each week. You will have a 30-day access period to complete these sessions, starting from the day we send you the access email.

  Additionally, you will receive performance achievement assignments along with the course. These assignments can be shared on your social media and networked within the GuitarMonk’s guitar players community.

• Scholarship/Free guitar for a limited number of credit card users

  Students with a credit card can get a scholarship of Rs. 5625 or a Free guitar in Stage #1. Limited registration opportunity. WhatsApp Us to know more

• Opt for an EMI of around Rs. 1900/month via credit card and complete 6 modules in 1 year.

  Students with a credit card can avail of the EMI facility of around Rs. 1900/month for 24 months and complete the 6 modules in 1 year. Alternatively, they can opt for a 3-year registration (Stage # 1 + Stage # 2 + Stage # 3).

• What if I stop the subscription in between?

  If you stop your learning due to any priority (exam, marriage, unavoidable events, etc.), we understand. You can resume your learning for that particular month by restarting your subscription with an Additional Admin fee of Rs. 950.

  Note: Whenever you discontinue your learning, an admin fee of Rs. 950 will be charged each time, along with your monthly fees. Please note, we highly recommend that you do not discontinue your learning if you are truly committed. Disruptions in learning will hinder your progress and prevent you from achieving guitar mastery.

• What if I miss attending any session or a particular month's learning?

  We highly recommend that you do not discontinue your learning, as it will lead to an indefinite delay in your progress and prevent you from achieving your goals. If you’ve committed to learning guitar, be dedicated to it, even if it’s just for 10-15 minutes a day, at least 6 days a week.

  If you are unable to attend any month’s learning due to personal reasons, it will be considered an absence on your part. However, you can still pay for the missed month’s learning and continue with the course. This means you don’t have to stop your learning—let it continue—and you can catch up on the specific month’s lessons that you missed.
