Electric Guitar has its own flavor. Unlike acoustic guitar, an electric guitar uses one or more pickups to convert the vibration of its strings into electrical signals. The vibration occurs when a guitarist strums, plucks, finger-picks, or taps the strings.
As the output of an electric guitar is an electric signal, so it can also be electronically altered by to change the timbre of the sound. Often, the signal is modified using effects such as reverb, distortion, overdrive etc
Diploma in Electric Guitar course focuses on usage of electronic gadgets and effects with its related repertoire. It is a specialized course that focuses on development of Electric Guitar using plectrum.
Diploma in Electric Guitar program is divided into 2 semesters covering both compositions study & technical development.
A detailed study of synthesized, electronic sounds etc; comparative analysis of significant effects from Overdrive / Distortion, Chorus, Phrases, Flanger, Tremolo, Vibrato, Wah-Wah, Delay / Echo, Reverb, Noise Gate, Acoustic Simulator etc
Meant for students who are looking to develop both acoustic & electric guitar with more work on electric guitar in future.
This is also one of the two steps towards opening your own music institute, taking paid teaching projects from guitarmonk, managing a center or applying for guitarmonk franchise; as also described in detail under Music Entrepreneurship Program (MEP).

But you can also apply for the program either Semester Wise or Complete One Year.

- 40 Recorded Sessions
Where each Semester comprises 20 Live Session (Online) & 20 Recorded Sessions

Semester (6 months) – Rs. 38,500 for Indian Residents Residing in India or $ US 899 for other residents.
