This following cancellation & refund policy for Guitarmonk Buddha Subscription is an annexure to our standard Terms and Guidelines

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Digital products/services for selling through guitarmonk.com shall not be eligible for return or replacement.

All sales of digital files are final. Returns of same files are not permissible on website. Once you have purchased digital files. Guitarmonk.com encourages you to download it promptly within the defined tenure. If you are unable to complete a download within the tenure, please contact customer service @ [email protected]  within 24 of the payment.

Guitarmonk Buddha Subscription once availed can not be cancelled, refunded and transferred in all circumstances. It is recommended that you make your decision wisely in choosing monthly or yearly subscription.

Guitarmonk shall not be responsible if a person doesn’t avail the product/service within the subscription tenure. Nor guitarmonk will entertain any request pertaining to it outside the subscription tenure.

Further Guitarmonk.com assumes no liability if your file reader/player does not support the file format made available by the seller on the Website or your browser does not support the file download application / software available by the Seller on the Website, by whatever name called. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of digital file/s you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We may, from time to time, at our sole discretion, remove digital files selling provision from the Service without notice.
